Ingredients:
100g Dates
70g Plums
45g Dried Cranberries
50g Raisins
80g Dried Apricots
50g Pumpkin Seeds
70g Walnuts
75g Almonds
35g Sesame Seeds (plus extra for decoration)
20g Pine Nuts
20g Oat Flakes
Instructions:
Wash the dried fruits and soak them in cold water for 15-20 minutes to remove preservatives and activate nutrients.
Meanwhile, roast the almonds slightly.
After soaking, drain the dried fruits.
Remove the seeds from the dates and chop 70g of walnuts with a knife.
In a blender, combine the soaked dried fruits, plums, dates, and prunes. Blend until smooth.
Add the dried cranberries, raisins, dried apricots, and blend again.
In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit mixture with pumpkin seeds, roasted almonds, sesame seeds (keeping some for decoration), pine nuts, and oat flakes.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into a cylindrical form.
Roll the cylinder in the reserved sesame seeds.
Place the cylinder in the freezer for 2 hours.
Once frozen, cut the cylinder into pieces.
