We did well in 15 to 20ft. Didn't spend any time in the reeds at south east but I have done well in there in the past...water level was up so reeds would probably be good.
My son and I made the trip to sand hollow in December...had no luck but we have made reservations at the campground for 3 days during spring break. We hope to do better. Great video chief!!
Winter can be rough on Sand Hollow, I don't even bother fishing there until usually March or so. You should be good to go for Spring Break, activity will be increasing. The only thing that might get you is wind. Good Luck and thanks for watching!
glade to see you guys back on the water, use the old timers from Cedar have a setback, my parner is having is knew done and i can stay away from the Doc myslelf, the boat is ready so mow get the weather to stop blowing, hoping for red creek with get the ice off or yankee will do the some, i can do them byself. great vidoes .
I have caught a Crappie in Sand Hollow years ago, I know they are in there. As far as I know and have personally seen..just those three: Bluegill, Crappie, and Largies. Thanks for watching!

Ben doing good at Quail lake Harrisburg inlet caught some 5 lbs but eyeing some well Over 8. Berkeley gulp pumpkin crawfish
