- At its very core, paintball has always been inclusive, accessible and is one of the few leisure activities that is truly open to anyone, and everyone. But at its highest competitive level it has, for the most part, been an exclusive playing environment for athletic males. Until now.
After hosting a showcase event at the 2021 NXL World Cup, the 2022 season added one more division to its list. The WNXL. Consisting of all-female teams the WNXL was created to show the world that paintball is an exciting sport that females can, and should consider participating in. Not only that, but for those who do play and want to push their playing careers as far as possible there's an elite professional level that they can aspire towards and help open more doors for women in competitive paintball.

Never knew there was a WNXL league, maybe make a marketing campaign where you advertise such. Not sure if yall are aware but Paintball has woken up, the kids that played 15 years ago are getting back into it with money to spend. WE BACK
Amazing - if this is the platform / league that springboards Paintball to "sport" status then that would be even sweeter!
Absolutely we need to keep seeing this sport grow, Covid killed a lot of small shops and fields by me which sucked but it’s slowly coming back luv this

Hell I’d didn’t know paintball still lived , did some tournies as a teen and stopped.

For the better part of 22ish years - I thought - oh its a girls team, easy W.... Then 3+ years ago Les C., who now plays for Vibe, showed up with her husband to our field. She was/is probably the most athletic player at our field and is terrifying on the Jiu Jitsu mats as well... The women in sport are getting better every day.
Why was Paintball gendered to begin with? Its not a contact sport so size and aggression is pretty irrelevent.
