Great advice overall but biggest question is why do you want to be a RUclipsr at all? What is your objectives and goals? Who is your audience? What is your message/topic? Basic marketing stuff but relevant. I agree with you on keeping the length down. There are high profile RUclipsrs that have 30 min+ videos that I just won't watch, too long!
