Is one way to interpret the mixed mutual reception between Jupiter in Libra and Saturn in Sagittarius, to say that although she enjoys living in the house that she purchased as an investment (8th H Sun -investment) (LOL Jupiter’s rulership of Pisces means that the debt and the profit are all based on the condition of Jupiter (retro, Libra, conjunct Moon - another signifier of the Querent living in it for a little bit, delaying the money - but the mutual benefit from the reception above is that explained in that she gets all those benefits, even though she has to go the extra mile to live them? I love your delineations and astrological insights. Thank you for sharing them. Blessings. 🙏🌻🌈🦄
Hi Karen, enjoying your videos years later, thank you very much. Did you by any chance tape the courses and are selling them? I only see readings on your website? :)
Hi Louise, I'm working on it now. I'm redoing videos from the first horary course I taught. I will announce it on this channel when it's available again. Thank you for asking!
I wonder if the real estate agent began to warm up to the seller once the seller's planet Saturn moved into Capricorn, the sign it rules. That would signify to me that the seller would hold so much power that the real estate agent would be foolish to hate him, also, Mercury has no problems with Capricorn so any animosity between seller and agent would have naturally dissolved back in December when Saturn moved into Cap. But I do wonder why seller and agent hated each other so much. With Saturn in Sag obviously Mercury would hate Saturn because Mercury is in detriment in Sag and Mercury in Aries would be hated by Saturn because Saturn is in it's fall in Aries; it'd seem the seller hated the agent more, but they both had a mutual distrust and dislike of each other. Like I said, I wonder if the relationship was mended when Saturn moved into Cap .I wonder if the seller realized he held so much power that he didn't need to hate the agent.
Hi Simonne, it would if it were relevant to the question. How the agents feel about each other was not really important in this chart, I just thought it was a fun detail to note. Now if their animosity towards each other stopped the sale, then it would be important for sure!
Very interesting approach and interpretation. I didn't understand why 10th house represents price of the property.
I don't know why that is so either. It's just one of the rules of horary when doing real estate charts.

Thank you for writing and asking me a question! Would you mind asking your question in a different way? I don't understand your question exactly.
