Im a bust 46 too.What is your Underbust circumference. I believe you should find your cup size,that's the difference between your bust circumference and your underbust circumference,use it to contour your underbust
My bust is 46 minus 40 for ub,=6. 6÷2=3. So i use 3" for ub contouring, 0.25 on center front, 2.25 on side front. For waist dart,i use 2" or 1.5"..1" on both sides or 0.75" on both sides.. Work with these and see what works well for you,i believe you will love the outcome

Yinky there is always shortage of fabric when joining the bustier dart bcos they don't have the same measurement....
Add 1inch to the side front when cutting. By the time you join them together, they will be equal.
