If it turns red or black when you cut it open then it's a bad spirit and is trying to hurt you. At least this would help you understand if the spirit has good or bad intentions. i was born at 3:33 am and every night i wake up at 3:33 am for absolutely no reason and i've had paranormal experiences my whole life. One day i was walking down the street in my home town and this little old lady, that looked suspiciously like my best friends mom who passed away maybe a month or so before this happened, she looked me dead in the eye and said "anti christ" and walked away behind the funeral home.... i went around to see if i could see her in the back parking lot... and she was gone. Idk why I feel like someone could have did brujería or Santeria to you. By accepting things from other like food of gifts or through a picture even.. things happen like that in my house not as much anymore but because when my family lived in LA their neighbor was a witch and did brujería.
