- I show you how to fix a black screen on the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra smart watch (geni.us/URPLBcB). Basically you have a black or blank screen but you know the watch is on its just that the screen does not turn on. I give you several easy possible fixes without taking the watch apart. My ultra would not set an always on watchface but the main face was working. You suggestion of a factory reset worked. Thanks.
Thanks for the video! I factory reset my pro and the screen would not come back or show it charging, just black screen. I did try resetting but I don't think I held the button in long enough. Tried your reset and it's back. Appreciate it!

Got my Amazfit T-Rex 2 at the end of Jan 2024. It's been working perfectly till last week Friday (5 April 2024) then gave me a black screen when I woke up on Saturday (6 April 2024). I've tried restarting it and tapping on the front and the back, as you've shown but no luck, it does not vibrate or display anything. It connects with the Zepp app but does not record any data. When I plug it in to charge it vibrates but other than that it's dead. Any help would be appreciated.

Try contacting the customer service directly. They came to fetch mine this week.

I am having gtr 4 but its only power onn when its connected to charging and charge is always 100 percent when its disconnected from charging it get power off...Whats the solution

Is anyone have problems with music controls? It won't control the music from my phone.
My problem is that the watch won’t light up unless I press the top right button! I can’t get it go back to turning on when I turn my wrist! I’ve tried taking off theater mode, but that doesn’t help!

It’s in ur settings… it’s called auto screen wake or something like that.

I have a problem with trex pro. Only on a charger is on screen fully charged, when is off the charger the watch is off. Any solution ?

my watch still shows the amazfit logo but won't turn on
Keep it on the charger until it boots.
I have GT 2E.. it turn on when you charge but it only show charging % nothing else you can do.. and if i remove charger watch turn off.. i also try long press button but it doesn't turn on
