Inventing a new industry comes with it's hurdles. In 1990 when Steve Melink and his team invented a product to control kitchen hood energy, his hardest challenge was overcoming opposition to code change. Fast forward to 2015, it's now required in some codes. Steve recalls his experience in this short video.
