You can add the center touch screen to a model with TFT. I absolutely love my live valve suspension. It's really nice to have it full soft when someone with a bad back ( like my girlfriend) wants to ride, have normal for regular riding, and firm when we want to go really fast (or for sudden rough terrain)
Hey Guys, love your videos. I have a 2024 krx 4 es Se.. and love the TFT! i wish i had the center touch but for almost 3000 canadian ill buy a tablet instead 😂. Also the ride is absolutely awesome, hit anything in soft and you dont feel a thing. If i could change one thing it would be the noises they make.. 37,000 plus tax for the krx4 and i wish it didnt make that banging sound and scrubbing sound. Take care and keep the videos coming
I like your guy’s openness and honesty. What’s your thoughts on a KraftWerks supercharger for the KRX? Any experience? Any thoughts on installing one? Thank you!
Thank you! Yes we have looked at them many many times and talk about reaching out to them but haven’t yet. No first hand experience with their kit so can not comment any opinions on it as of yet! Maybe someday we will run it 😎
I need to get mine done hope you do that video brother would be a big help to a fellow like me I learned to do paint and body work from RUclips that was 7 yrs ago.
Thanks for the video! Always enjoy your content. I have that exact same year and model, I’m sitting at 14-15 inches of ride height now, I’ll be curious to see if or how much I lose over time. Would it be possible to send you the caps and have schrader valves installed?
I’ve read several places that the live valve shocks are supposed to run 120 to 150 psi of nitrogen and not the 200 psi that the non live valve shocks run. I am about to install shrader valve caps on a buddy’s live valve and wanted get your thoughts. I’ve done several non live valve and always done 200 psi not sure why the live valve is supposed to run less.
This is from Marked Motorsports KRX or KRX 4 shocks with "NO" live valve should be set at 175-200 PSI. KRX ES or KRX 4 "WITH" Live valve shocks should be set at 100-120 PSI.
I have a 23 4 seater with live valve and I'm adding Schroeder valves on mine. What nitrogen pressure are you using seeing best results? I feel mine have leaked or low and can't check pressure as is till I install valves.
Our baseline pressure on all krx setups is 200psi. When charging the shock with nitrogen make sure the shock is fully extended don’t charge them when they are sitting on the tires under weight.
Steves machine has clutch weights and Dynojet tuner, that’s all we have done for power mods so far. They make a noticeable change but not crazy power increase
Some people carry more weight and still require new springs or in racing applications… but most of the time getting the nitrogen set correctly is the solution.
I’m just confused on all the videos I see that resort to the upper springs only and no mention of the nitrogen issue. I’m just trying to do my due diligence and figure out what manufacturer to go with. I’d just hate to spend $25k and then turn around and have to spend another thousand on shock/spring issues not long after ownership purchase. I appreciate your responses and in-depth reviews.
So what measurements do i need to change the settings on my live valve from clunking noises for my back and front shocks.and how do i go by changing them in the screen
Clunking comes from the front shocks, it means they are working and moving you can’t stop that and still use both springs… some people put a rubber o ring below the rings as a cushion but it’s not a real fix… just ignore the clunking to be honest
I have a 2023 es and I don’t like how the front shocks fully extend when the wheels leave the ground they really sound like they are extending way to hard is there a internal spring like some others have to dampen that hit on the the live valve shocks and or can I add one to help in that hard hit. If not what should I do to eliminate the damage this may cause over time. Shock therapy offers limit straps but not for the ES model
The cheapest and easiest thing to do at home is limit straps, changing the rebound tune inside the shocks to slow it down also hinders performance over other bumps, like everything in life there is always give and take! I would start with limit straps 👍
They have a much more tunable shock package with big external bypass and hydro bumps to get the best possible ride over varying terrain haha these little golf cart sxs don’t have space for all that awesomeness!

I hear ya on that 😂 thanks for watching!!

Thanks man!

We have it in the plans!
@@d3offroad man that’s awsome guys

That is an option for sure!
Great information!!
Glad it was helpful!

I’ve seen that online and don’t believe it I still put them to 200 👍
Great video

On the fly tuning is a game changer!

What performance mods have you done to your rigs for more horsepower and speed? Or what do you recommend?
Steves machine has clutch weights and Dynojet tuner, that’s all we have done for power mods so far. They make a noticeable change but not crazy power increase
@@d3offroad why did you guys choose Kawasaki’s over other brands?
Is this just a Kawasaki/Fox shocks problem with settling? I’ve ever heard of this with any other manufacturers with Fox Shocks.
Lots of sxs settle down but it’s a bigger problem with fox shocks that use a torx screw in the resi cap, the rubber pellet design is better
So, you’re saying the springs are completely fine from the manufacturer, it’s just that the nitrogen leaks out and causes the sag?

Getting the crossover rings will it take the clunking away
Yeah rubber ring eliminates that clunk...you don't have to just get used to it

So what did you do to these shocks?
We can rebuild them and change valving inside if needed to change the ride comfort based on each customers needs
What did you do to get the ride hieght back have 2023 krx4 1000 special edition es that has lost suspension hieght also
We have a whole video about spring sag and how we fix it! Check it out here. ruclips.net/video/5rlf6yqnWhE/видео.htmlsi=LAxXShIkxTqPCzNM
Do i need to get the crossover rings for it
Nope the krx has cross over rings from factory
@d3offroad ok thanks steve or mel.
Man please tell me yes that’s what I’m riding.
Lol! it seems like a pretty solid set up!
Trophy trucks don't use that set up.

Nothing on these side-by-sides is worth the money
