- We Defended RUclips's Biggest Scandals in Court
I collected a number of RUclips scandals, controversies and cancellations and tasked the boys to defend them in RUclips Court. Logan Paul, Sam Pepper, Shane Dawson, Tana Mongeau, ImJayStation and Nicole Arbour are all in need of a defence attorney so we stepped up to the plate. @@jadebel7006 I mean that’s more of a vague joke, it’s the detail that Shane went into that made it so horrible to hear/read, and made it more questionable 🥴 also it’s so hard to tell when Americans are joking, they don’t tend to use sarcasm as much as British people so it made his statements seem all the more honest

Edit: as awful as the case he was given was, Arthur (TV) literally had the strongest legal case out of them all & probably would’ve held up fairly well in court. I can see why he has a law degree.

He said he was a solicitor before hand which means he passed his qualifying law degree.
@@craigtrish2011 Technically having or not having one is irrelevant. A lawyer is just anyone operating on behalf of someone in legal action which a degree in law isn't required to do, indeed in the vast majority of court cases in the UK nobody has a lawyer because the majority are County Court claims where the value would be much less than the cost of a lawyer.
You are your own lawyer until you appoint another one for yourself if required, so he could technically be described as a lawyer even if he's never taken payment to defend anyone in Court.
If you don't believe this then try taking him to Court for false representation as a lawyer and find out how quickly you lose.
@Craig Robinson need your SQE or an LPC to be a solicitor (depending when you qualified) but even if you did a non legal degree then you can do what they call a GDL for that degree to become a legal one so no matter what you have a legal degree before you enter your LPC, SQE or the Bar

I can't remember the last time I laughed this much at a youtube video - this is so unique and clever! I didn't think anyone would be able to follow Arthur after that peak performance (I'd watch every millisecond of an Arthur TV Defence Lawyer series), but everyone managed to be so utterly unhinged that the video somehow kept escalating. PLEASE make this a series, it's genius.
