I was on this ship at the end of July and had a promenade room on deck 11. It had 3 beds and a larger shower room. I only travelled to Stockholm but I found it to be comfortable and enjoyed the trip.
I like this ship alot, and it feels very modern despite being 33 years old. But I agree with you on the cabin toilets, they're very outdated and don't match with the rest of the ship's interior. Then again, it's only a short cruise and you propably won't be even using the bathroom that much.
There is also the problem than in ship construction cabins are generally premade as a single unit and the inserted in like a box in an ikea shelf. The opportunities for major changes afterwards are pretty limited, or at least it would not be easy.
@@BalticTraveller hi! I see so many reviews saying this is a crazy party ship full of drunken people. is this an exaggeration? Was it quiet when you wanted to sleep?
@@jodienamandafan I have taken these cruises between Sweden and Finland, they are all called party/booze cruises due to tax free alcohol and cheap alcohol on board. So definitely, during weekends and holiday season, there will be more drunken people, not so much during weekdays. They are also popular among one-way passengers just to cross the sea as you can take your own car with you so everybody is not there just for party. I have not stayed at the cheapest rooms and only noise I have heard is kids running and screaming in the corridors at night (cruises are popular among families too). Crew is checking the cabin decks at night in case there is partying/loud noise. They are not as wild boats as they used to be back in the day.
Thank you for the quick view!
I take that cruise every year and it never gets boring🎉
Very nice video,, thank you so much.
