Brother Cheddar, you can get more bodies to harvest organs from by going to storyteller settings -> enemies die on downed stat. By default, almost all enemies die when downed, making it very hard to harvest organs from raiders alone.

@PapaCheddar the first one and I have no idea what is in Trudograd cause I'm still busy with my evil cultist madman playthrough on the first one😂btw if you go the evil route you would need to have atleast 2 personality since one of the recruitable companions that won't leave you would need a 6 personality check to recruit and you can easily get 4-6 bonus personality with items like joints and perfume/cologne and start with around 40 survival so that you can find the dog ASAP otherwise it would be many levels behind and get it's fluffy dog cheeks claps in every fight (btw luck is a useless stat so drop it down to 1 so you have more Stat points to drop into actual useful traits)
