Because there are certainly thousands of irritating behaviors that you have that a woman tolerates on the daily that she could leave you over, but she doesn't, and you're lucky she stays and does your cooking and cleaning and all the rest.
But by all means, dump a woman over this. Let it be known to all the potential wives out there that you won't tolerate ketchup clean up.

@@Phoenix-zy1cxIf they intentionally make the mess for some stupid test then it's annoying, but not something that you should be broken up for. If they mistakenly make the mess, then yes, you should help them.
Plus, there's a lot of things guys can break up with women for but don't.
Men also help clean, and cook and do chores. Not every male makes the wife clean the whole house and cook.

I think that this came about cause some woman observed her man like rubbing it around and making it smear everywhere instead of scooping it.
Hand a towel and whatever spray you use to clean kitchen surfaces to your wife/girlfriend. You win.

Wow, this is making me angry. I am a woman and this is horrible. This is quite disgusting actually.
What's funny is the first of these ketchup clean up videos I saw was of a husband asking his wife (who has ADHD) to clean up a ketchup spill, and she did about the same as these folks, while using even more paper towels. So I didn't know that this was a gendered thing. And I don't think it's wrong or weird for couples to have different cleaning quirks. What matters is if you help each other be your best self in life.

I think people have forgotten that this is not about gender, it is to see how incompetent your partner is in the face of a problem and how he can solve it. If I look at a woman washing dishes but there is food stuck to them, that can tell you a lot about her person.
