Hi brother! Absolutely no need from extra synths. I am forcing myself out of my comfort zone to learn new tricks. But Hydra is a full sound design lab, all the tools you need there. I am actually wanting to try the vowel sound there to hear how it sounds . I am a bit obsessed for that timber since the guitar times. Dire Straits used to have a wha pedal on a stationary position just to get that filter sound. When I find it I will make a video on it! Cheers!
You failed to mention the synth that formed the core of Ladytron's sound, the Korg MS2000. That's the one you want to get, in addition to the MS20, if you really want to sound like Ladytron.
