@@professorchimp1 Your appreciation is appreciated. I'm glad I was of some help. Looking at my comment I see that I wrote "adenosine phosphate", which is correct, but not as precise as "adenosine monophosphate", and now I wish I'd written the latter. Adenosine monosphosphate is also known as AMP. Also, I noticed another mistake, or at least that's how I see it, at 2:10 where it says, "the DNA backbone" which I think is misleading, although a very common way of talking. As I see it, it should be "one of the two backbones", "the strand backbone", or "the DNA strand backbone", because each DNA molecule, having two strands, has two "backbones", one for each strand. Perhaps better still would be to talk of two ladder rails, each with a set of half rungs, that joined together form a complete ladder with two ladder rails joined by rungs, each rung being a base pair.

Some people might know how to draw a sun on paper with a marker in two seconds and can't easily understand photosynthesis. Others may not even know where to start to draw a sun on paper with a marker but can understand photosynthesis right away.
