None of those features missing on PC for PSVR2 are major, just some additional features that the PSVR2 headset has on PS5 that go beyond what PC VR headsets normally offer. It just loses a few features which brings it in line with other PC VR headsets. Features like the eye tracking is not as important when you have a powerful PC as you can just brute force render the entire display at full resolution, which is what they normally do on PC anyway. The only one I'm not keen on is the lack of HDR support, but it's not like it's going to ruin the experience or anything, just means things won't look quite as good as it does on the PS5. Basically PSVR2 on PC is a Vive at a fraction of the price and deeper blacks. The extra features (unless modded) are for PS5.
