Im from UK but even though rent is expensive at least the architecture matches the price FACT.
Sorry to say but Kinshasa has the most bang average architect, bang average landlord then to top it off exorbitant prices😲🤔🤔🤔
I have been on holiday in places like Nigeria or even Ivory Coast but they are wayyyyyyyyy far ahead when it comes to building, modern materials used, top location etc. Yet these countries charges 3 times less than Kin.‼️
I also invest in real estate in those countries and a top quality 2 bedrooms apartment with the latest touches n finishes and latest technology etc will cost you between 550 to 700 dollars maximum.
So why pay for something which look this average but expensive ?
BTW this is not a criticism to this landlord or owner specifically! This is a criticism to all landlord and builder in Kinshasa in general ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
That price is way crazy. I'd never pay that price in that type of environment. For that price in SA I will be leaving in a huge mention in Sandton.

Bro you’re doing great jobs, but honestly it’s too expensive. That price is 2 months in dar es salam in Tanzania, a well cleaned and safe location even way better than Macampagne . Now Kinshasa looks expensive than certain places in USA.

On a bien dit ma campagne donc c’est un endroit assez bien, t’as la même maison ailleurs c’est environ 400 dollars par mois donc avant d’écrire il faut analyser, si tu vas rester en Belgique reste personne ne t’as inviter ici, vous casser les couilles avec des comparaisons bêtes.
