    The staff here who have been scolded and heckled by furious passengers for so long, have the calmness of saints. Contrary to any negative connotation that this video was meant to convey about Air India but in this clip; it actually portrays the staff in a very good light. There will be sympathy and empathy for them, among many viewers. It's amazing how liberal India is because passengers can't scream and shout at another country's airport and get away with it. Within minutes, security or the police will turn up to either remove a hysterical passenger from a delayed flight or conduct arrests. This scene is just super-amazing!

    Tbh flights are delayed across the world but unfortunately AI staff seem more clueless than most and their response is quite pathetic. If the flight is delayed for a significant amount of time then the least they can do is provide refreshments for the passengers and accommodation.

    Air India is known for such delays and it certainly is a test of patience.....but the way these morons are yelling is uncivilised. While I agree with the passenger's in principle as I have been through AI harrowing experience, I certainly disapprove of such a crude behaviour. Had it been a airport in other civilization country, these passengers would have been whisked away by security.

      Granted. But had this airport been in another civilization, the people behind the desk would have had better answers than just shrugging their shoulders and would have arranged for a backup. When AI is being unreasonable, you can't help show your frustration. Mind you, I live in the US and would never fly AI but it makes one mad just watching this video, let alone being one of those customers.

    Avoid traveling international flights with these indian kaumbhs/ community :
    1. Gujaratis
    2. Punjabis
    3. Govt officials
    4. Baniyas/Lala

    I had a similar experience in Dubai where AI was delayed for 10 -12 hours but none of the passengers said a word or harassed the AI staff since they were in Dubai and the moment they show such an uncivilised behaviour in Dubai airport they would be put in jail! lol. DIrty uncouth ppl like this spoil the name of India. Shame on them indeed !!!

      Don't talk rubbish. Be in there (passenger) position then only you know the pressure tension angry everything. Without knowing you can talk many things. For experience better u travel in air india then u will shout more than these people.
      Pain & anger can realize only by the person who personally affect by the incident.

People like you give a bad name to Indians as you tend to behave like this in other countries and get kicked out by white people.     INDIGO Made us to wait 4hrs last year 2018 13jan, they dint gave us food also all the passenger was hungry that time from guwahati to chennai and that tym i was having my botany national programe

      +Arvind singh ok so you pay for the ticket nearly say....Rs 1 Lakh......and you have to wait for 15 hours with out food and and drink.....there is no CREW that can help you or inform you.....the passenger is at fault and talk nicely......we are not GULLAM any more....thats why we are rude......you have picture of a baby....say if you had to go through this with your baby......I would like to see how will you react...

    Next time i'm in a situation like this, i'm going to join the pple, shake my finger at the staff, and literally say, "Blah blah blah blah bla....blah blah blah bla blah!" Or, if it's in India, i'm going to do the Mola Ram, "Kali mahhhh!" speech, from Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom! ............GINNNNAHHHH!!!

    Guys, the delays are not intentional and being rude with the staff won't bring out any solution.
    Therefore, a staff can't arrange another aircraft for you in realtime, a proper hierarchy is followed.
    You guys don't know how management works, if you know and still you're reacting like this then you guys are not worth of flying in the national carrier.
    Sucks.

    first Delhi is a no go for AI DONT TRAVEL BY AI THROUGH DELHI PAY THE EXTRA WHY? because crews have been taken of one plane for a VVIP's on another plane there continues delays due to VVIP's especially on parliament days. Also don't believe the star alliance crap AI are only in this group because of there gates around the world where other star alliance members can use them. AI have one of largest amount of gates around the world especially the US and UK.
