There will be sympathy and empathy for them, among many viewers. It's amazing how liberal India is because passengers can't scream and shout at another country's airport and get away with it. I had a similar experience in Dubai where AI was delayed for 10 -12 hours but none of the passengers said a word or harassed the AI staff since they were in Dubai and the moment they show such an uncivilised behaviour in Dubai airport they would be put in jail! lol.
