Remember to subscribe if you like the video. What are your thoughts on the 18? what do you prefer, 12 or the 18?
I liked the Deveron 12 when I tried it several years ago... Haven't had the 18 yet.

The 12 is better on the nose, but the 18 takes time to develop --- also, when I blend the 18 with higher ABV malt (such as Abunadh or Nadurra) the FULL RANGE OF flavours would show ! !

I haven't tried the 18 but it's very strange indeed that you get more woody notes on a whisky that is younger by 6 years! Cheers!
Well more time in oak more wood. But not tannins. Very strange note. But enjoyably.
