Can someone explain how hes breaking armour without the auto attack or armour breaker? Is he slotting his armour break support gem in one of the skills?

No. After he is finished with this titan, he will play something else on SC (chat will pick the ascendancy, I believe). And finally, after that, he will start HC.
His channel isn't for beginners, he is one of the best PoE players and showcases highlights. But you still learn when you listen to him, when he is not meming

You can bind buttons to 16 different skills maybe that skill is on his second skill "panel"...
Press ctrl or alt I think to see the other skill bar

why is the inventory in this game so bad, you can only carry 4 itens on it lewl and a lot of it is just currency.
Because most of the items are trash. Good players craft on blue equipment, and if the first 2/3 mods are trash, they throw it on the floor.
