There will be no other option left if buy HDB pigeon hole ....nothing to monetise in the end, no pte developer to buy over and nothing to pass on to next generation! When lease is left with 30 years or less it is worthless.. Guess it will really see what Lawrence Wong said then..when lease run down to ZERO return to state!!😆😆😆😆
Surprisingly the living room is quite spacious in HDB 3 room
It is 81meter square, hdb should build window and extend a bit of the common room outwards and make it 4room

At current state as it is...corner unit larger area, rent at least $2800 to $3000 per month! If reno a bit, can rent to $3300 to $3500!😆😆😆
