22:27 I don’t think traitorous greed would be copied by Agrus Kos. Abilities only. Cool effects to copy would be things like Delina, Duke Ulder Ravengard, Jeska, Dualist Heritage, and Scavanging Brawler.
@@CommandersBrew Yes and No. I am a huge fan of Zada, that works the way you were describing. I'd love to have a Boros Zada for sure. However, Agrus Kos is the first commander to make so many copies of abilities. He'll be a challenging build-around commander, but worth it I think. I just wish the copy effect was cheaper.
22:09 Interestingly, Argus only works with abilities, not spells. There's some janky stuff you can do with equip though since that's a targeted ability
You can actually cast it during combat since you may cast it as Ken's ability resolves so it bypasses the timing restriction of sorcery. Now if it had been worded "until end if turn you may cast a sorcery" then the timing restriction would apply since casting the sorcery is not part of the resolution of Ken's ability.
I think WotC overdid this year. There are several unique commanders with never seen before abilities and a few sets trumping flavors, but I really wished they keep larger gap between these sets so we can take a break and actually make decks. Of the ones you listed, my favorite would be Magar, it's cute to turn spellsling into am army, the nback to spells again.

Yeah, I missed that one. That really makes the card much worse, doesn't it?

The gaps in audio are scaring me!
I don't want that! Can you timestamp an example for me so I understand what you mean?

Dang, that's a big miss on my part. Too bad!
Mana geyser wouldn’t do much with ken assuming you have mostly sorcerys in the deck because you cast it during combat

Also, I'm not a judge so I could be wrong, but Ken's ability also triggers when you block with him since he is dealing combat damage when blocking.
This is true. It works the way we want.
@@Sinistra359 Also true, that makes it even better. It'll happen no matter what!
@@Sinistra359 @Commanders Brew im saying the mana will go away because your in combat
