Please dont get cheated with this builder.long back ago around 3years back i booked in phase 3.Till now its not yet started.i dont know whats the issue going on till now rera is not approved for the past 3 years. If we ask when its going to launch …they’ll simply tell us next month. The agreement is to handover by 2024 ….its already 2024 april…not yet project started or got the approval.Fraud builder.
I have also booked a 2 bhk flat in pebl city 3 years back . They gave false promise that this project will be completed in December 2024. Yet not launched. Reason saying that RERA approval is pending approval from Government. When other builders in this surroundings are able to get this approval , why they are not able to get this even after a lapse of 3 years. Any legal issues???

Yes. It's better to book flats from nearby genuine builders like urbanrise, Akshaya or casa grand

Till date they have not launched the project because they didn't get the rera approval.....how can they complete by December 2024
