Motomaster 3 Blade Tripod Work Light

I wanted a light for under the lift and for general task lighting around the house and garage. The Motomaster 3 blade tripod work light was on sale at Canadian Tire for $59.00 and is exactly what I was looking for.

Good looking light, for cars or camping

One of the first things I thought of is that it would have been great for one of those times I arrived at the campground late and had to set up in the dark, this would be great for that

Nice👍 a lot better than the smokin hot halogen bulbs from years back.

I used those to help harden auto body filler and primer! These days I keep one of those old double halogen lights in the basement by the sump pump

I can see multiple uses for that light especially drywall installation and or painting a room - can’t be too bright for me lol - thanks - cheers

I have the same light. Bought it on sale at ct. It definitely works great. I use it when I'm polishing the car.

That's a good use for it. I gotta wet sand and polish the Miata one of these days. It layed down pretty smooth when I painted it so I never bothered, but theres a few dullish areas and a few orange peeled areas too

Also just bought the astro 520 on sale for $85.00 that light is super bright!!!

Astro makes some good work lights, I've got a couple of the old magnetic lights that still work good

How's she goin'? That's a nice light Bruce. I have an older version of that and I have trouble with the 3 legs not being able to get set up just right, but it works not too bad. I hope you have good luck with your light!! Take 'er easy!!

Hey Mike. I hope I don't have trouble with the legs, they do seem a bit finicky. Worse comes to worst I'll tack weld them open
