@@Okay.priyaaaayes if u see there is a difference between dumbell and barbell chest press...if a average fit guy does 65kg barbell it's actually easy but dumbell is tough becuz ur both arms r independent and have to maintain the motion in sync cuz of muscle imbalance (it gets fine with practice)..
That's great, but the way you threw the dumbbell down can hurt you, and others as well, damage the dumbell as well. It can cause servere injury to you, even permanent. Try putting them down slowly and with the right form(the knee lifting)
To any beginner reading this, this is obviously impressive but at this point he's not training for hypertrophy or strength ,but for the ego. 50kgs for a set of 10 with slow controlled reps would be better for hypertrophy. If you wanna train for growth, go slow and controlled and aim for pure full reps . Again this is not a criticism of him cz this shit is heavy ik. Just advice for any kids tryna get better at lifting.
