@@efrenbeltran7545 The whole album is about the biblical apocalypse... the song is named pride after Lucifer, the sin of pride. There is also a track called "Yah", which is the Hebrew name of god. The album was originally called "What happens on earth stays on earth", but it was shortened to damn. This is because the character Kendrick portrays is terrified of eternal damnation or the apocalypse. In the track DNA it is also stated “I was born like this, since one like this/Immaculate conception/I transform like this, perform like this/Was Yeshua’s new weapon”, which also has obvious biblical undertones
