I hope Ozzy has a good physiotherapist / exercise specialist. I worked with a few idiots back in my training day, and I heard he had a spinal injury. Spine injuries are hard, but I've seen supposed miracles happen. I used to teach people how to take care of themselves, even wrote a curriculum. If he doesn't exercise and stretch, the issues will only get worse. Work with someone, and if you don't see improvement in 4 to 6 months, move on to the next.
Edit: watching this through more, he really needs to start taking care of his body, I want this man to live forever... Plus the rest of you you're all great.
Edit 2: just an FYI, everyone needs to exercise, it's mandatory to take care of your body lifelong. It's just how you do it is the important part that we're not really taught in school. That part can also get very tricky if you don't know what you're doing.
I’m disabled (extreme fatigue, insomnia, pain blah x3), but a body in motion stays in motion, and I walk the dogs about a mile and half daily. I refuse to let my “zombie body” deteriorate yet more, ya know? ❤

They are usually smart enough to understand. They know the lay out. They know things move. They ride in cars, busses, and on planes. I'm sure they get it. Although I haven't heard it from their mouth so I could be completely wrong! 😉

the disease is without a doubt an up and down thing for sure. just grateful he's on and active.
Maybe that’s just how he is I’m not sure but the disease and the surgery that he’s gotten done has probably been taking its toll which explains a lot or he might just be tired

The best kind of “gentle parenting” I saw was actually 20 years ago: a friend’s bedtime routine was giving the kids a choice of putting toys away, brushing teeth, or putting PJs on first. It still created a bedtime routine but allowed the kids to make choices and feel agency.

Kelly please do a makeup tutorial I absolutely love your makeup. Especially your eyeshadow it is so beautiful. The contrast of the dark eyeliner and black mascara with the soft taupe shades on your lid, and glitter as a topper. Your inner corner shade too just pulls the eyeshadow look together. Please do a tut for your fans!
I grew up on Sabbath and Ozzy, I got my guitar for Hanukkah when I was seven. I learned Crazy Trains intro the day I got it and haven't stopped playing since. I wish Ozzy and Jack would do another Detour season. I never watched the Osbournes show because it wasn't for me when it aired, I am interested in going back to watch the show now. Detour caught my attention though.

I’m a flight attendant, you are absolutely correct how disrespectful and disgusting passengers have become after Covid. I’m in total disbelief, before Covid it was bad. Now, it’s insane. Also the amount of passengers who are intoxicated, makes me so upset. We are constantly screamed at, asked for our names because they want to report us to the company? What? We are making an honest living. Trying to pay our bills and if we are written up for saying anything anymore, we can lose our jobs. It’s heartbreaking.
I think it should be mandatory for kids to have to take “service jobs” before they graduate from high school. I think it would open their eyes and their minds to experience how people treat people in “servant” positions. It’s a nonsense attitude to have and they would understand this more. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, I wish you love and support ❤

The laughter and crazy things said was alot like thiis. Great memories, come flooding back. From stupid things said to long conversations it was much like yourselves, thanks for sharing with us. Momma sharon is correct on they don't drug test the mechanics and repair men for planes. My best friend since high school works on the planes. He worked at one in central NY one on sc i believe it was and now one in Florida and he's never been drug tested.

I started taking ozempic, I struggled with my weight my entire life. I have never felt so confident. Boo to anyone who thinks it’s bad. If something makes you feel better, I say go for it.
