When I was hearing him sing live in around 2013 to 2019, I was like, 'Oh, it's quite sad Jon kinda lost his voice. His voice is shot and lost most of the power that he used to have.' / Well, while I was hearing him (try to, struggle to) sing during '22 tour, I heartbrokenly realized, that he might not be able to go on tour any longer. He totally lost it now, so his voice in '22 even made his in '19 sound quite decent really. I can't think he is singing for now. It's that he's struggling. It was sad, painful to see/hear it. Can his voice ever come back? I really hope that. I still remember very well the days he rocked and ruled. I was lucky enough to witness his prime years. He was the fire. He was the best frontman.

I think its really unfair saying it's not the same without richie just forever it was his decision to leave and half way through a tour and not let jon but let the band down and you a true fan from the 80s would you have been so supportive of richie if you had bought tickets fo see him and he could even be bothered turning up I fo feel for jon as he had to carry on regardless not to let people down ok his singing might not be so strong but at least he made the effort to turn up and give his best even thought he was under a lot of pressure so before you criticise him think how it would have felt for him anyway I for one will still support him and the tes6t of the band which if you are true fan you would do the same and if you dont like his music now dont listen to it
@@chilly6470 well maybe that's what people all keep saying and it must be annoying for the band who are left to pick up the pieces and Phil x had to step in at the last minute and give him his due hes done really well under really stressful situation ok maybe he will never fill richie shoes but at least he made the effort to turn up so the band could keep touring and not let loads of fans down who had paid for flights tickets hotels to see them live
