You do not need military experts and spent million euros for analyzing the ground situation, to arrive at this conclusion. Even an average solider knows that Ukraine can not achieve a military victory over Russia. War continued for the benefit of corporate military manufacturers only.

Just from the statistics of this French Military report, it is implausible for Zelensky to disclose that Ukraine has lost 31000 soldiers since the start of the SMO.
He's not allowed to mention the 700,000 missing AFU. 31,000 because that's how many families have received compensation for the loss of their loved one......they can't afford to pay 700,000 families, so they class them as missing instead of dead.
