That’s a very nice boat for its size. I would convert the bathroom with glass enclosed shower area and a sliding door for the bathroom but otherwise wow
I'm just an across-the-pond Gongoozler, but I had the same thought. I guess the length is saved w/ no dinette, but it had the immediate feel of a normal 57 foot boat.
Very nice layout. Though, I would replace the couch for two soft captains chairs to give more room to add a small dining table. As a mechanic, I really appreciate the care the engine has received, to be in such fine look and condition. Overall, I like this boat, especially the Bamboo and its shine. Perfect size for the entire canal system as a single occupant. Now, I just need to retire wealthy, and move to England and buy her!
Gorgeous boat, the space has been very well used, removing the dinette would save about 6- 8 feet so not hard to see why she seems so spacious. That bamboo is amazing judging from the comments East West are not doing boats anymore, a pity their workmanship is amazing.
This is definitely one of my all-time favorite under 50' boats I've seen on this channel thus far. Another 'wet bath' looking arrangement, but on a boat this size it makes sense IMO. The inside makes it look like it should cost a lot more than it does. The only negative I can see is that you can't fold up/out the bench seats in the well deck while the doors are open, but that's easily fixed with a saw. Yeah, she's going to get snatched up by someone pronto. ... But I don't care how many times he says "you could eat your lunch off the floor in there," I'm not going to do it. Thanks all the same though! :)
I noticed that myself I would have thought with that fit out the bench’s would have been cut to suit the doors but you are correct an easy modification. That engine bay is amazing so you know she has been looked after but I also agree I will never have a meal with the cameraman !!!
A very nice boat and interior in exceptional condition. Pump out Loo too, I'm wondering if it was a Hire Boat in its former life. This boat will paint many smiles for sure when it finds its new home.
It has held its price well, these were built in China and brought over in shipping containers, hence the bamboo. The old website is still up with the specs even though East West fell over years ago.
@@philipdennison1500 Are all shipping containers 40 foot? I think 60 foot are also common. They also shipped over a 57 foot version. A video on youtube shows them pulling one out of a container. Look up the old East West website.
It's the waste storage tank that is "pumped out" and this has to be done at a CRT pump-out facility or at marina/boatyard that provides a pump-out facility. There is a charge for this service.

Such a lovely boat. Seems much bigger than she is!!!

That is a beautiful boat and she has obviously been well maintained. If I were in England… this would be very, very tempting! 😊

Beautiful boat. I didn't know East West Marine was building boats in 2010.

Or, replace with stable doors.

Very nice. One could spend many happy hours there with loved ones.
Or without them preferably.
That’s one of the nicer ones you’ve shown. I’m betting as I view this video it’s already under contract.
Lovely Boat, feels quite spacious, but you missed cupboards and drawers at the start. C’mon get a grip man 👍🏻
I really like this
Barrus Shanks engine 🤔 worth having a read about especially the gearbox arrangement.
Adore her! What a beauty!
Excellent..great price
Perfect size for me. If only I could just get there!
Hermoso me encanta

Beautiful boat. Very tidy occupant. It wouldn't look like that 15 minutes after I moved onto her.
ikr - I feel under pressure of the shineyness! :)
@@MsVanorak East West did make a pretty boat. Too bad they went out of business.

How do they get 44foot boats into 40 containers?

@Andrew Balletto Yes, narrowboats, not anymore.
Nice boat, shame about the engine.
Phil thank you for the information another brick in my education wall.
very pretty
Love it. All she needs is laundry equipment.
Is this still on the market.?
Bed: 6’4” x 4’.
What a simply perfect boat! Now if only I could uproot my wife from here in the States....
What did he say about the Loo?
it's a macerator pumpout, by far the best option for a live aboard.
@@LesMortsDansants Thank you. Pumpout? Not into the water surely?
@@lisainger6751 No there is a storage tank for the waste.
@@hatchetman2379 Oh thank you,, I hoped that was the case.
