@@DuaneGaines-n6q I like both as well. I like how the HalleluYAH Scriptures reverences the names of our Heavenly Father and Messiah to the point that they use the ancient Paleo Hebrew script for their names in their text. The Cepher spells them out, but I personally don’t think our Messiah’s full name is pronounced “Yahusha” as they have it spelled. I believe it’s “YAHUSHUA”, but I still appreciate much of the research the publishing group behind the Cepher has done with their version, and the fact that it has included the 21 extra books.

While I appreciate any restored Name Bible, I have some major issues with the "translation" work in the את Cepher...
There is a heavy bias which NO translation on this earth uses when it comes to the effort to try and prove Yahshua IS Yahweh. Whether or not you believe this doctrine, it is incredibly biased to alter texts to read as these examples show:
      John 13:13-14
"Ye call me Rabbi and Yahuah: and ye say well; for so I am. If I then, your Yahuah and Rabbi, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet." (Cepher)
"You call me Teacher and Aḏon, and you say well, for I am. Then if I, Aḏon and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet." (HS)
      Acts 2:38
"Then Kepha said unto them, Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Yahuah־Yahusha for the remission of sins..."
"And Kĕpha said to them, “Repent, and let each one of you be immersed in the Name of יהושע Mashiaḥ for the forgiveness of sins." (HS)
      Acts 10:36
"The word which Yahuah sent unto the children of Yashar’el, preaching peace by Yahusha Ha’Mashiach: (he is Yahuah of all:)" (Cepher)
"He sent the word to the children of Yisra'ĕl, bringing the Good News: peace through יהושע Mashiaḥ! He is Aḏon of all." (HS)
      1 Corinthians 11:23
"For I have received of Yah that which also I delivered unto you, That Yahuah־Yahusha the same night in which he was betrayed took the bread..." (Cepher)
"For I received from the Aḏon that which I also delivered to you: that the Aḏon יהושע in the night in which He was delivered up took bread..." (HS)
      1 Corinthians 12:3
"Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Ruach Elohiym calls Yahusha accursed: and that no man can say that Yahuah is Yahusha, but by the Ruach Ha’Qodesh." (Cepher)
"Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of Elohim says יהושע is a curse, and no one is able to say that יהושע is Aḏon except by the Ruaḥ ha'Qodesh." (HS)
      1 Thessalonians 3:11
"Now Elohiym himself and our Father, and our Yahuah, our Yahusha Ha’Mashiach, direct our way unto you." (Cepher)
"And our Elohim and Father Himself, and our Aḏon יהושע Mashiaḥ, direct our way to you!" (HS)
      Phil 2:11
"And that every tongue should confess that Yahuah is Yahusha Hamashiach, to the glory of YAH the Father." (Cepher)
"And every tongue should confess that יהושע ha'Mashiaḥ is Aḏon, to the esteem of יהוה the Father." (HS)
      2 Timothy 4:22
"Yahuah, Yahusha Ha’Mashiach among you be with your ruach. Grace be with you. Amein." (Cepher)
"The Aḏon יהושע Mashiaḥ be with your spirit. Favour be with you. Aměn." (HS)
      2 Peter 1:14
"Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Yahuah our Yahusha Ha’Mashiach has showed me." (Cepher)
"...knowing that the putting off of my tent is soon, even as our Aḏon יהושע Mashiaḥ made clear to me." (HS)
Another oddity is the reference to certain patriarchs as "El" which is a title reserved for the Almighty:
"And Elohiym said unto El־Avraham" (ויאמר אלהים אל־אברהם) We know that אל means "unto/to/toward," which accounts for "Elohiym said UNTO," but then the translation adds a SECOND by rendering אל as "El."
      unto El־Noach (Gen 7:9)
      unto El־Avram/unto El־Avraham (Gen 12:1,7,13:14,14:21, etc. / Gen 17:9,15, 18:13,33, etc.)
      unto El־Sarai/unto El־Sarah (Gen 12:11,16:6. / Gen 18:6,20:2; Isa 51:2)
      unto El־Yitschaq (Gen 26:16,27:22,46, 31:18, etc.)
      unto El־Ya`aqov (Gen 25:30,27:6,21,28:1, etc.)
      El־Rivqah (Gen 27:11)
      unto El־Yishma`el (Gen 28:9)
      unto El־Rachel (Gen 29:30)
      unto El־Le’ah (Gen 30:14,17)
      unto El־Yoceph (Gen 37:13,39:7,10,40:16, etc.)
      unto El־Yashar’el (Gen 43:8,49:2)
      unto El־Mosheh (Exo 3:14,15,6:13,7:8,8:5, etc.)
      unto El־Aharon (Exo 4:27,6:13,7:8,9, etc.)
      unto El־Yahusha (Exo 17:9; Jos 1:1,2:23,24,37, etc.)
      unto El־David (1Sa 16:13,17:33,37,41,43,44, etc.)
      unto El־Sha’ul (1Sa 9:3,26,27,13:13,14:45, etc.)
      unto El־Shemu’el (1Sa 3:4,11,21,7:8,8:7, etc.)
      unto El־Shalomah (1Ki 3:5,5:15,22,6:11,9:2, etc.)
      unto El־Yesha`yahu (2Ki 19:2,20:8,19; Isa 7:3, etc.)
      unto El־Yirmeyahu (Jer 7:1,11:1,14:1,18:1, etc.)
      unto El־Yechezq’el (Eze 1:3)
Why only these ones when the phrase "insert nameאל־" appears thousands of times in the Hebrew Texts?

Where do you recommend buying it? I've not used Amazon for a long time it may be silly but I've chosen to shop elsewhere.
