Hard reset phone (might need password to shutdown so force shutdown it.) 2.1 force phone shutdown by pressing power and volume down button at the same time. 2.2 enter factory settings by pressing power button and volume up. 2.3 select wipe data/factory reset 2.4 confirm by selecting "factory data reset" 2.5 select reboot 3. connect phone to pc and launch samfw 4. on the phone select emergency cal and input *#0*# (will pop up a screen) 5. on samfw select samsung then remove frp (I only selected the second frp remove option, haven't tried the first one) 6. wait for samfw to finish and that should be it.
