I've listened to this a couple of times recently. I go very sleepy, and the base of my spine feels heavy and tingly. This definitely has a therapeutic effect. There are other more subtle effects, but mostly this extreme relaxation, and base of spine sensation.

I also fell asleep to this and had a beautiful, poignant dream about someone I had been in a relationship with but had lost contact with over the years; I recently found out he passed away about 4 years ago. My dream was all about him and I was with him in the process of him dying. This really helped me as I've felt the loss of him has been so incomplete as I never had the opportunity to say goodbye.
I am not an expert on the subject but I would say yes most definitely. The frequencies themselves are very low in the range that you can *feel*. A loud speaker system, or headphones should give enough vibration for the person to feel the energy that is peace and love and balance.
The strangest phenomenon happened to me many years ago around the time I first discovered binaural beats. I fell asleep during the daytime and had a conscious experience that felt nothing like a dream. I could feel more than hear a pure tone with an ethereal sound to it, my field of vision was filled with a bright colourful light. I had no physical form in this 'dream' and I attuned myself with this frequency/tone and felt absolute bliss - it was the most euphoric experience I've ever known.
On researching the information further, 440 is the ISO standard for playback and has nothing to do with it's actual frequency recording. It can be recorded in 432, 417, 528, 896 or whatever. Playback is still going to remain at the ISO of 440. 528 is actually at A-444 but still plays back on the A-440 but is still A-444. You can easily convert 440 to 528 for free in Audacity. It does change the pitch, but still reads 440 for playback no matter what you test it with but the actual cord has been altered. When changing a track to 528, you can recompensate the lost time by changing the speed of the track by 18% minus. The new frequency still holds. Save the track under a 48000 instead of the default 44100 and you can hear a fairly good difference with a proper set of speakers. F converts to G in the transition of 440 to 528. The tones remain sounding as the original recordings but the frequency itself is altered. Audictity allows you to verify this.
Its a very intense meditation. It starts working somewhere in my head and leading down thru the chakra line. Very useful to induce full trance and release fears and pain, But if you have any traumatic experiences, take this slow. It starts working immediately and probably can bring up supressed feelings/occasions which may worry you.

The Greek notes that different frequencies correspond to the same notes such as Soprano, Alto. Bass for example and octaves of any frequencies can be found at frequencies/2 or multiples of 2. So 528, half is 528/2 = 250.56, and vice versa.

my review after just 2:48 i have so far gon to an extremely relaxed state and then you feel like someone is pulling out the front of your brain except i was able to comune esily with the other to souls who share my body i highly recomend.
ideally, subjects would be of different age groups and backgrounds, not necessarily familiar with esoteric principles. seeking to substantiate the effects of frequencies and role in healing. i'm a firm believer and need to present scientific validation. otherwise, this will be lumped into just another "new age" thing. the research continues. thank you!
I've being doing research on frequencies and resonance. Most of the people posting meditation frequencies have no clue exactly what their doing and there for the frequencies are always off. If you get headaches the frequencies are off, just that simple. I think earths surface frequency is 7.83 Hz. In an optimal situation I would use some electromagnetic generator to release the frequency into your surrounding area. This should not be audible.
Shane I agree to a point. Those who put down the information with it seem to be doing ok. Sometimes a headache also means that there is something blocked. The healing from the tone, beat , wave will help to heal it but it must be repeated. I would suggest for everyone to research on line the tones and what the are used for. It doesn't necessarily "do" anything in and of itself. It's more just a tool for allowing and remembering a more natural vibrational state of being. A lot of science and spiritual studies show the 432hz frequency to be a very natural vibration rather than the dischorded 440hz most modern music is played at. It's harmonic resonance that allegedly helps elevate someone to a higher frequency and in turn a more universally connected state of being.
the Pineal Gland is light sensitive, meditating in the dark is helpful for "opening" it or however you want to say. which is also why when people meditate they close their eyes. Not sure about the electromagnetic waves though.

If you can hang in there through the highly annoying and purposely agitating beginning with the higher crown pitch, descending through and all inbetween each Ayurvedic chakra vortex (double dipole VERTICIES : + & - convex and contained concave CONE SHAPED VERTICIES(2 opposing "Vertexes"in one- see also Yin/Yang theory). Your mind can therefore easily focus on the defending pitch and come to relax with the gradual decline in frequency. This leads you towards the depth of your soul if you are able the face it. Earth is under radiation 24/7 so it's just impossible to even dream of never getting radiation. And we got some sources for it like food, cell phones and all the information running via air etc etc. And use of radiation is plain useful.
6 to 8 hz is the earths resonation/vibration. the frequency which our structural dna responds to is much higher than that. 7 to 8 hz is inaudible to the human ear. most stereos will only put out 60-40 hz in the low spectrum.below that the peak waves are so far apart that our inner-ear no longer recognizes it as sound. I believe the fluctuation in the earths vibration is due to the huge weight and shifting of the ocean on a daily basis from the oceanic tides, But that's up for debate :p

The Greek notes that different frequencies correspond to the same notes such as Soprano, Alto. Bass for example and octaves of any frequencies can be found at frequencies/2 or multiples of 2. So 528, half is 528/2 = 250.56, and vice versa.
Whoa! I uploaded the NCH tone generator and combined 432.00 with 432.01 and 431.99 and immediately my headache was thanking me. Now I'm playing it with your video and this is something else man:) I'm not one of those new age people either, but beam me up with this one. my review after just 2:48 i have so far gon to an extremely relaxed state and then you feel like someone is pulling out the front of your brain except i was able to comune esily with the other to souls who share my body i highly recomend.

ideally, subjects would be of different age groups and backgrounds, not necessarily familiar with esoteric principles. seeking to substantiate the effects of frequencies and role in healing. i'm a firm believer and need to present scientific validation. otherwise, this will be lumped into just another "new age" thing. the research continues. thank you!
I've being doing research on frequencies and resonance. Most of the people posting meditation frequencies have no clue exactly what their doing and there for the frequencies are always off. If you get headaches the frequencies are off, just that simple. I think earths surface frequency is 7.83 Hz. In an optimal situation I would use some electromagnetic generator to release the frequency into your surrounding area. This should not be audible.
Shane I agree to a point. Those who put down the information with it seem to be doing ok. Sometimes a headache also means that there is something blocked. The healing from the tone, beat , wave will help to heal it but it must be repeated. I would suggest for everyone to research on line the tones and what the are used for. I guarantee this one is good. The folks at In5D.. are very good and know exactly what they are doing. check out their website. Delores cannon is a great person and does know what she is doing.

It doesn't necessarily "do" anything in and of itself. It's more just a tool for allowing and remembering a more natural vibrational state of being. A lot of science and spiritual studies show the 432hz frequency to be a very natural vibration rather than the dischorded 440hz most modern music is played at. It's harmonic resonance that allegedly helps elevate someone to a higher frequency and in turn a more universally connected state of being.
the Pineal Gland is light sensitive, meditating in the dark is helpful for "opening" it or however you want to say. which is also why when people meditate they close their eyes. Not sure about the electromagnetic waves though.
It took me back to my youth when I was tripping my face off on mushrooms. Nearly tripped out but excepted my buzz and enjoyed it.

As an experimental musician/composer for over 3 decades, reading through the discussions below was...interesting. I once made a guitar-loop composition (90 min. long) called-- get this --"Resonance of Thought." I'll try to put (some of it) up on my Soundclick page (soundclick.com/stargazer21) some time. Always fascinated by the effects of music (far more complex than a few 'tones'), yet meditating in silence, for me, seems far more 'healing.' Nevertheless: Enjoy it all..

Hi... you may want to check the latest information on Schumann Resonance. The frequency began creeping up a few decades ago and is now over 11hz. Check it. I'm sure you will be able to find this information is on base.

I can't speak for this exact frequency of 432hz yet, but i can say that there is research & scientific empirical studies which include control experiments that deal w/ cymatics, E.M., meditation & related issues. If you are open minded then id be happy to discuss further. however if you simply want to bash what doesnt already agree with you then please dont bother replying.

Schumann Resonance is an extremely low frequency "Electromagnetic" field not a mechanical wave (sound)! BTW Schumann Resonance occurs in 7.83Hz.

Earth is under radiation 24/7 so it's just impossible to even dream of never getting radiation. And we got some sources for it like food, cell phones and all the information running via air etc etc. And use of radiation is plain useful.

6 to 8 hz is the earths resonation/vibration. the frequency which our structural dna responds to is much higher than that. 7 to 8 hz is inaudible to the human ear. most stereos will only put out 60-40 hz in the low spectrum.below that the peak waves are so far apart that our inner-ear no longer recognizes it as sound. I believe the fluctuation in the earths vibration is due to the huge weight and shifting of the ocean on a daily basis from the oceanic tides, But that's up for debate :p

Vivid mental imagery, challenging content, challenging my priority of thought [politics, other junk build-up of the year] reset everytime I heard the chime. Even though it was a soft chime, it made me jump. I could hear some faint manic cackling in the left channel. Occasionally uneasy feeling. Not for sleeping methinks.

Schumann resonance is ELF extremely low frequency, that connects the earths surface with the ionosphere (a la HAARP) through lightning discharges in a closed wave. It is HAARP explained, pretty much.
Need to do it in the dark and away from electromagnetic radiation!

how interesting... the very beginning of this track sounds like a sound i used to hear as a child once in a while, but it was not coming from the "outside" it was coming from the "inside" of my brain... strange, as i listen to this its putting me to sleep very fast...
