All models of a fashion brand do not mean they are substandard to sunglasses manufacturer's brands and all models of a glass manufacturer are not always superior to a fashion brand's shades. @kumailnaqvi9988 Why would you place Oliver Peoples before Persol when they're still handmade in the same factory in Turin, Italy, their acetate frames is high quality, very good assembly and premium hinges, all of their frames come with crystal lenses (apart from horn frames). I really don't understand why Persol is so underrated.
Basically Persol has dropped in quality based on my 2 experiences before 6-7 years ago the frames I had are going solid, but frames after those years I bought 2 have lost the quality due to Luxxoticca monopoly so most likely frames quality have dropped. Hence why I would go for Jacque Marie Mage or Oliver peoples.
Don’t wear those, unless you want people to think you’re a poser, out of touch and trying too hard. Tom Ford eyewear is no better than anything luxotica has, that’s not saying much because luxotica is scum. Tom Ford Customer service is terrible as well. Not a respectable brand
