i think this is a good decision taken by SLC....discipline within the organization is much important, only then players will have that habit when they represent the nation in outbound tours and tournaments..KUDOS SLC!
Fact that SLC need to impose this level of rule set to maintain discipline is scary. SLC should hv clear points to put these things in a written ruleset
The only question i have is why all these rules and regulations are out to public ? .regardless of we agree or not to all these rules. I feel like the SLC trying to be the clean one by publishing all these out to public. F***ing tell them in a meeting or give them in writing and enforce. Thats all you need to do . After all its still sri lanka , so i can understand.
Sports is a mentally developing opportunity that takes a person to leadership. For that, childish rules are very childish. For example, social media has not banned that thing in any country in the world. If a player abuses discipline, the internal measures that can be taken for it should be taken by the team management. It should not be made public.
