Sir , FIR was lauged under sec 409 IPC in 1982 . issue pertains to documentry evidence for expert evidence which is the base the said FIR , now not on record , criminal proceedings pending since then , H.C called the report for not concluding the trial within time . Still no report was filed under 482 crpc, only date is going on . Plz suggest any judgment.
