This is the PERFECT super villain lair location!
Bouvet Island is accessible through Nyrøysa it’s an ice free easily accessible area. Complete with a weather station, it’s also a nature preserve. Not nearly as hostile as made out in this video.

LOL... 1k miles to get to somewhere you can only stand for a few minutes because waiting longer might equal either a storm or an eruption that can in turn equal death. I don't even think the term 'rich people problems' covers this well enough for it to be accurate. It's cool that the island exists, and I am OK with it not sharing close space with me.
