Time to switch full time broker... Avoid discount brokers
When this issue happened, all the other zerodah customers also would have affected, all should be refunded....why only him?
Now there is a option to directly log on to NSE and close the position.. can you please make a video on it?
I think it is a well organised drama from zerodha to show case, in the past when users showed all proof, screenshot etc....zerodha never refunded....why this time refund?
Yes ... even I think zerodha doing drama to retain users trust and avoid them switching to other broker

Here's description
Faced many issues while placing orders in the first 15-45 minutes of the day.
1. Orders were not getting placed.
2. Orders were getting frozen., so was unable to Cancel them.
3. Was Unable to Check whether the orders are placed or not.
To my mind , there were no orders placed because the order book and positions were NOT REFLECTING any of these., and kept showing rejected orders.
Now, after around 1-1.5 hours passed, I suddenly see these old punched orders popping up in my positions. I was absolutely shocked as there were no such pending orders in the order book. There was no record of any such order being successfully executed. Also, till now there is no history of any such orders made during the first 45 minutes of the day

There are many technical glitches in the broker side & NSE server down some times.
All these issues gave big loss for me...but I dont have time to take legal actions on broker or NSE.
Trading it self is a loss.

Taking a counter position is difficult for an option buyer. He needs to sell those options which requires huge margin. Only option left is to fight back without giving up.
Yes, it is true for options. The point was made in general, keeping stocks and futures in mind too.
All issues bcz you do intra day...take positional and even if glitches no need to worry...
what is the line of distraction that classifies an issue as a technical glitch or not a technical glitch ?
Even I incurred loss in sensex options because of zerodha no refund or response came so switched my account to angel one
same thing happened with me today ..... very big loss occured .... i have all the screenshots and video proofs . filed complain as well . dont know what should i do now .

I have placed an order and later on while i was trying to exit
The zerodha got hang and my order didn’t executed and i lost my profit and i lost some my capital too and when i raised this issue they didn’t gave any solution, instead they said that that was not their problem. If possible please guide me sir.
My stop loss order got executed even before the price came near to the stop loss trigger price incurring loss. Then the price rebounded to higher highs. I could have made a huge profit that day. 😢

I think eska matlab yeah hay ki agar open order cut nhy ho rha hai toh eska matlab ki order execute ho chuka tha pr vo broker side say show nhy hua ..aur aapkay terminal main jo open order show ho rha hay vo exist he nhy krta open order column main vo toh trade executed walay order main show krayga ... esliye aap usay cut nhy kr pa rhay

@@Kiyansh_Shahayes I’m doing it, first broker was giving usual IBT clauses bs. But when I showed him screenshots of refund of that guy on same case and same strike price , they’re now saying concern team is investigating.
I told them it is not fair for them to deal two persons on same case ,same trade, same day differently. I have filed scores complaint and will further raise it to authorities.
Since last 2 days they’ve not updated their reply and I don’t know what they’re investigating. I presented them my trades screenshots and the guy who got refunded both.
Now they’re silent
