despite having never dnf'ed a book in my life, I fully support everyone else dnfing books they're not liking
also, your nails are so cute! I also do my own but I haven't in ages because I hate having to file/shape them
i literally NEVER used to dnf books, but this year i’ve realised i’d much rather spend time on books i’m gonna love, rather than waste my time.
and thank you!! they take SO LONG so it’s defo a labour of love hahaha but i think it’s worth it in the end

I'm not against dnfing books myself but I just have never found a book that I've disliked reading more than the feeling I have for needing to know what happens haha also seeing your nails convinced me and I finally painted mine today for the first time in like two months so thank you

Also use a hairdryer to get the stickers off and use a cotton round with micellar water to get all the remains off. Good luck!

Use a hair dryer on the stickers. It loosens the glue holding it on. Sticker residue? Little bit of rubbing alcohol or goo gone. I put rubbing alcohol on a a tip and get the residue off that way.

@@bookswithellen my indie used bookstore does this. My daughter and I have been known to help take off stickers since we go to visit her. I use the rubbing alcohol since I’m afraid I’ll spill the goo gone and leave a stain somewhere lol

I love the TBR takedown episodes so much XD I am currently reading the Harry Potter books that have been on my TBR for a while...it's so cozy I love it.

Im so glad that you enjoyed exodus more than the first book and are going to continue the series eventually. The Ravenhood trilogy a very character driven story so I can see how not everyone would connect to it. Even though there is so much groveling to sift through in the third book, it ended up being my favorite of the three if I remember correctly.
i enjoyed it so much more than the first one!! found myself really looking forward to picking it up. i’ll definitely get to the third one at some point this year😁

its definitely a hit or miss series, I only gave them like 3 stars max but still it was kinda fun. I understand everything u said tho lmao. I fully get if people don't like it.

Station Eleven was very highly recommended to me too. And I really thought it would give dystopian but didn’t really feel like it did. Also didn’t care about anyone in the book and DNF’d a long time ago. It simply wasn’t for me and I feel like I also really tried!
