For synthetic wigs it’s really good to wash them and then a silicone soak. Google it. You don’t have to throw them away and you don’t have to cut them. Unless it’s melted a little from using too much heat tools on it. Also using silicone spray there’s a new spray that just came out. Check out the wig community I’m sure they’re buzzing about it.
Interesting! I'll definitely try this out. Does it help restore the already-frayed ends, or just help to prevent them? So far I watched 2 videos on it and they seemed to be working with wigs that didn't have those frayed ends, so I wasn't sure if it could help with that.
theres a wig groupe on facebook where we give other women in need of a wig for free i love that groupe alot the lady that made the groupe helped me alot with wigs when i couldnt afford them i would loveee to see you wigs that are up for grabs i would love to offer somr to the ladies in need by the way i love your chanel happy new yeras abby kiesses xx
that would be wonderful! :) am I able to join the group? otherwise I can also tell you what I have and you can pass on the info. It might be a little while before I find time to sift through my collection though. hopefully within the next month!
@@AbbyAndrew no problem girl :) you could always add me on facebook if ever your on there at Jessica Merrill so i can give you the details and group name :)
It was really helpful to see how the synthetic wigs wear over time! I’ve only ever had human hair wigs. Do you have to style a synthetic after your wash it?
@@AbbyAndrew Thank you! I know it's probably pretty simple, but would you consider filming a video of how to wash/dry a synthetic wig and what products (if any) you have to use? I wasn't able to find something like that on your channel yet 🙂
@@KP-us2id Here's a really great synthetic wig washing tutorial from Rene of Paris! ruclips.net/video/__irDYQqjrA/видео.html I will probably make one at some point as well :)
Madelyn has a special place in my heart because it was my first wig when I started chemo. I mostly do Miranda now and sometimes Brandy when I’m exercising so I can put it in a ponytail. Have you ever tried a hot air brush on frayed ends? I find that it helps quite a bit and it’s quick and easy. So good to see you again, pretty girl! Thanks so much for being an inspiration to me at a very challenging time in my life. I’m going on for years of being “cured”! Big hugs from Nashville,
This reddish colored hair with your green sweater and green eyes... so stunning! You are so beautiful! 💓💓
Thank you!

Do you know why Amore discontinued Madelyn and Ryder? They were my go to wigs and now they're gone! Thanks!
Me too ! What else is comparable
To them. Double mono, long with bangs
Steam will take care of the frazzled ends and will prolong the life the wig.

No styling needed ! They go back to their original style after they dry 😊

You look darling as usual, and can wear any color or style. I haven't seen your videos in a long time. Happy New Year!

The only thing I miss is that I don’t see more colours on you, since you are a model for wigs.
Are you kidding?? I switch it up to every color possible 😹 (check out my insta!)
Abby Andrew I didn’t but I will, thanks!
Happy New Year Abby 💕
Thanks, Happy New Year! 😸
