My husband and I watched Crossroads almost every Thursday night and found several places within 2-3 hours drive from us...we also became totally devoted to Joe Elmore and his easy way of describing the places which captivated us even more. I told Joe once that he may have been distant relative because my Mom was an Elmore ( and Grandpa and 2 of his sons had sandy red hair!!!) JOE was a true Southern gentleman ❤😢😢😢
