Note that "shinbun" and "shimbun" (as in Asahi Shimbun) follow the same rules, so is "tempura" (which is actually "tenpura" if you check the actual romanization). The thing to note here is that ん is read as 'm' if it precedes a consonant.
Pretty sure she's slurring it a bit here. It really does make an "m" sound. It sounds a bit...drooly? Makes sense for the subtitle to use that same kind of sloppy affection.
