Massimo Dutti (purchased on line at Zara website) is not refunding me for my recent returns that I shipped back. 2 Massimo items were shipped along with my Zara items in one box. They say the Massimo items weren't in the box. A couple of weeks later, I had another Massimo item I sent back in same box with my Zara items and they are not refunding me for that Massimo item either. This time, I took photos of the box with all the items in it. Anyone else having this problem with their Massimo returns? I'm out $300 (in the U.S.) I have not had this problem in the past but now it's happened 2 x in a row. I'll update this if I get a resolution.
