    I'll do my best at critiquing...your hips get really low at the beginning. This makes the lift almost like a squat. What you want to do is try to keep your hips higher and knees bent. Your hips shouldn't be really high, but high enough to where your legs aren't doing all the work in the beginning. The lift should be both the back and legs at the same time, almost the entire time...at @00:21 you have great hip flexion. Also, to keep your hips higher might mean not crowding the bar at the start.
