Wow, I didn't know these cards were out! I too follow Amanda's channel on RUclips. I just stumbled on this video of yours and it was a such a nice surprise, thanks 🙏💚
It was a gorgeous deck, but I freakin' HATE dual piles in a box like that. One is fine! For me, I think Judas and Christ had an agreement. I don't think Judas wanted to do it, but did it because Christ asked him to so He could fulfill His mission. I truly think he was forgiven.
Interesting perspective, somehow it had to happen because it was Jesus's mission. But then why does it say later that Judas regretted it and committed suicide? That seems like he didn't really understand Jesus's mission.
Thanks for your great unboxing. I wonder if the non-gilded edges were chosen to keep the deck more grounded in Jesus' unpretentious style. My unboxing was powerful. I can appreciate your position on whether Jesus was "real", especially after listening to the audiobook, "The Bible Tells Me So". Yes, Jesus is a beautiful archetype master for inspiring us. My readings feel like Master Jesus is sitting with me in the most loving, patient, and profoundly unjudgemental way. Such a relief to have this deck, since I came out of a painful "church" experience and found, like you and Amanda, a more gentle intimate relationship with Christ Consciousness. Blessings
That's a good point about the gilding. I didn't even think about that. I have used this deck a few times and find it very gentle and pure. Maybe one day I'll come to a place where I can look past some things and see Him as having really lived. But I do think that the stories are valid regardless and I feel so much freer now that I'm not tied to any doctrinal system. Thank you so much for watching 😊. Blessings 😊
@@lizcrafts1 Here is some information on a contemporary historian, Flavius Josephus, who wrote about Jesus of Nazareth; en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josephus and en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josephus_on_Jesus I have not personally studied his works, therefore I only offer it in case you are interested in exploring the topic.
@@lizcrafts1 Like you, my doctrinal studies background proved uncomfortable when I recognized the tribal aspect of rigid laws and exclusions from inner circles for some....special privileges for others were anything but what I thought we were learning in our devout studies. It was painful at the time. Now, I am grateful for the experiences because they weaned me from the herd mentality and caused me to walk alone for quite a while, so "God" and I could explore our relationship more intimately. ACIM helped heal my wounds around having a relationship with Jesus. Christ's Consciousness is easier for me to be in a relationship with and walk my path with Master Jesus as my brother in Christ. It is a joy now to explore a wide variety of belief systems to discover the wonderful agreements with Universal Wisdom.
@@lizcrafts1 Another thought on this subject...gold edging might cause some to begin worshipping this deck, creating another idol in their mind rather than just simply sitting with Christ Consciousness in purity and unconditional love. Jesus ALWAYS pointed to the Father (source) for guidance...
@@lizcrafts1 For some reason, we love our myths about one man saving the world (the movie Pay It Forward is a good example, along with all the other popular one-man hero action stories) So, it makes sense why the power in the Jesus story is he took it all on, fulfilled every law egos set up to find worthiness and salvation. All in all, a very complex subject, hence why it is critical for each of us to find our own path to unconditional love...this is where Jesus' story has been interesting to explore for me.
I received mine earlier than the delivery date- it was my birthday!!! Couldn’t have received a more beautiful gift. Gorgeous cards and the blessed words are wonderful. Enjoy.❤
21:44 I’m not sure if it goes on to say it because I haven’t finished watching but Judas can also be a reminder to turn again to the light and let it fill us again. Not let our overwhelming mistakes consume us. We are meant to have joy, peace amongst the hard times.
I so love Amanda - she is the real deal. I have been waiting for a deck embracing this Consciousness. So nicely done. Maybe 😃 a pocket version of the deck will come out for those that want to throw it their clutch, I carry a back pack so it fits in all it's magnificent muchness
Maybe The Stand 121 RUclipsr channel, as they are reinterpreting the Bible from original Hebrew. Let's just say 12 years ago Carrie was a Christian she isn't anymore, because there is so much more in the bible, including the Divine Feminine that was lost, likely intentionally, in translation
Hi Donna 😁. I get it. I usually wouldn't go for this deck but I was drawn to is. I'll have to use it for a while to understand what that is. Take care 😁
Its so sad that the beautiful artwork is destroyed by sideways writing. I cant read the cards upright and if i lay them sideways i cant see the picture properly. Not a deck for dyslexics. I love Amanda's work but its very frustrsting to do this to such lovely paintings
What's the sacred sexuality card say? Mary Magdelene and Jesus? Tantra? Those my first thoughts. Well, I see my question is being ignored here. Too explicit or what?
I'm sorry, I didn't see your comment. Occasionally I miss one. The gist of the write-up is to embrace that we are sexual beings and to celebrate it and connect deeply with the emotional aspects. Not to feel pressured or guilty and to let go of old dogmas and limiting beliefs around sex. She does mention Tantra but only as a path. Have a great day 😊
I just stumbled across this deck today and I’m glad I did 😍 Thank you for sharing! ❤
Hi 😁. Thank you for watching 😊
Oh Yes! At last! Someone made a Jesus deck! I love it! I can't wait to get my hands on it. Thank you for sharing :) ❤
Thank you for watching 😊. You're going to love it 😀

I agree about the deck. I also think there's more to the story than we know of. Like Amanda says, we all have our parts. Thanks for watching 😊

I don’t like smaller boxes and I hate tiny books. Everything Amanda does is classy and beautiful and top notch! Mine are guilded.
Yours was guilded?? Hmmm I'm going to have to look into that. Thank you

@@lizcrafts1 I really enjoyed your comments and unveiling!
It’s beautiful ❤
What a beautiful deck. I’ve recently been reading the bible with the use of veggie tales. There is a lot of positivity in the bible.
It's a great deck. I love it! Thanks for watching 😊
Interesting deck. But....I just can't move past my childhood experiences. Too bad, it looks like a good deck.

@Tina Moore I agree. A lot has been lost, and in many ways intentionally left out or changed. Thanks for watching 😊

I agree, I really for like the side lettering.
Maybe get a braille stamp for your disability
You can gild the deck yourself with a gold pen
I've heard that people do that. I don't dare lol. Would hate to ruin the cards. 😊

@@lizcrafts1 I'm sorry if I sounded rude. I did get these beautiful cards. Thank you for the walk through and responding. God bless you.
@@rebekahhartman5165 no worries. I didn't take it that way. I'm glad you got them. Such a beautiful deck. Take care 😊
Can't wait to get this in a few months ❤
