    🤎系廣東省,尤其系廣州,
    👉🏻有種面叫「竹升面」
    其實佢本身應該叫「竹竿面「--因為系由竹竿壓打麵粉而成😮
    但出於避忌嘅緣故,🫢就改左作「升」
    🗣️系越秀區,有間美名遠揚嘅「強記竹升面」店
    佢始創於1996年,🙌🏻到今日都仍然系用手打嘅面
    😻😻口感爽滑彈牙,韌性十足
    一碗「大海蝦雲吞面」,湯底鮮香,用料實在
    🦐每只蝦餃都有成大半只蝦系入邊
    正所謂「自己動手,豐衣足食」👍🏻
    我都試下跟住阿姨包兩個蝦餃🤌🏻
    😌有咩開心得過食翻自己成功嘅勞動成果啊?

    再加埋支辣椒醬🌶️
    一啖湯➕一啖面➕一啖醬

    🤎In Guangdong Province, especially Guangzhou,
    👉🏻 There is a kind of noodle called "bamboo pole noodles"
    Its pronunciation is “Jook-sing noodles” in Cantonese
    The reason that it is called that is because it is pressed into noodles from flour by bamboo poles 😮
    🗣️ is the Yuexiu District, there is a famous "Qiangji bamboo pole noodles" restaurant
    It was founded in 1996 🙌🏻 and the noodles are still made by hand till today
    😻😻 Smooth taste of elastic teeth, full of toughness
    Nothing is better than a bowl of sea shrimp Wonton noodles
    with fresh and fragrant soup
    🦐 Each shrimp dumpling has half of the shrimp
    As the saying goes, "ample food and clothing by working with our own hands." 👍🏻
    So I tried to make two shrimp dumplings on my own 🤌🏻
    😌 The most delicious thing is which you’ve paid hard work into it
    Isn’t it? 🤪
    🤩 My favorite way to eat Jook-sing noodles is to mix it with chili sauce
    This one is different from other spicy sauces
    👍🏻 It’s the soul of my Jook-sing noodle

    真正廣州嘅雲吞麵一定系無蝦,蝦系落到香港後才有,呢間野未開前,系北京路近財廳,就系太平館正對面,有一擋非常正宗嘅!而香港早期亦如廣州一樣,担挑打竹隨街叫賣雲吞麵!當然亦有數白杬掟上楼!全都系師承自廣州!衹有魚旦類是來自非省城系!
