Good idea, but why not just go all out and make a complete history of the sith/jedi? I don't care if it was 4 hours long, I would watch it. Actually the longer run time the video has, the better.

4 hours would be too long, an hour is already longer than the average person spends on RUclips (the average is 45minutes). I personally wouldn’t even be able to watch for over 2 hours at a time.

I played KOTOR 2, theres a way of re-connecting Darth Treyas force abilities through the dark side but you have to be very far along for it as well as the Ebon Hawkes pilot is also an undiscovered force sensitive which can also be turned into a Sith.
Making a movie or trilogy based around Darth Nihlus would be hella good

Love this idea and presentation for your content, compilation and just longer lore videos in general are always loved. I personally listen to multiple loremasters who cover the same things in detail frequently, I still never miss a post from any of them so I can say for myself don't be scared to just dive into things regardless of it's fresh or not. You never know just how many tiny details you may end up covering that others either forgot to mention or overlooked entirely.

Ever since kotor 2 i knew nihilius was the strongest sith to ever exist. I mean, wiping out a full planet of force sensitives, his ridiculous arsenal of the dark side powers, etc. Yeah he would destroy anyone.

I would really love to see a video like this on the Jedi/light side of the force, like any ancient/contemporary Jedi that have developed special/Unique force abilities, (and not boring “battle meditation”), like what is that ability the yoda uses to block the emperors lightning? What ability is satelle using to block malgus’ light saber with her bare hand? Is there anything comparable to “sith alchemy/sorcery” on the light side? (In legends continuity). Are there any really cool/interesting Jedi/light side force abilities, to compare with all these interesting dark side force abilities? We always here about how powerful yoda is/was, but the emperor kicked the crap out of him and made him run away with his stubby little green tail between his legs. Are/were there ever any light side force users as powerful as Sidious? I would love to see something showing off how cool and interesting the light side force users could be, please.

3:39 - Traya's connection to the force wasn't completely severed since she was able to forge a new connection with the outcast in their shared near-death state. (play the prologue in KOTOR II).
She implied that the force bond between them "simply happened by accident" but it was actually part of her plan since the bond (according to the Jedi refugees) was unnatural and of the dark side. In the end the refugees explain that the Exile's connection (although self-inflicted) had nothing to do with their actions. In other words, the exile rejected the force and so wasn't severed from it (This was part of what endeared the exile to Kreia as it was her ultimate goal to destroy the force itself using the exile as a wound in the force that would eventually grow and destroy all life in the galaxy.
The Star Wars Universe seems to broadly accept the idea that midichlorians reside within all life and that they translate the will of the force.
Traya seemed to largely recognize that balance of the galaxy pivoted on the whims of the force (dark and light/ empire and republic) and she abhorred the idea that no one was truly "free" and that all life was trapped in a cycle of creation and entropy.
Also there are sith Initiates, Acolytes, Apprentices, Lords, Darths, and Emperor.

I can’t understand for the life of me why there is a awesome trilogy to be made about the old republic?? There are great eras to look at! Malgus! Hord! Revan and malak so many! Nihilis, sion traia. It’s all there just waiting for someone to come along and make a movie or a show! You could even cover different eras each season!

Wow what exstensive recording of all the SW mythos collected through your years of , what has to be a massively large portion of your free-time i.e. life, it is truly enjoyable & you can very clearly hear how much you are trying to be (As any good reporter should or would be) un-biased open-minded and not letting your own feelings or personal prefrences and ake a very informative and fair balanced video about SW lore! When you explained the ability essence transfer, it reminds me of Valkorion from the star wars the old republic game. I think he must have used that ability to or at lest something vary similar.

It truly saddens me what happened to Anakin. If he had chosen the dark side, and not been defeated by Obi-Wan in the very early days of his path, he would've easily become the most powerful dark side, hell I'll just say force user, of all time. And if he had chosen the light side, he would've undoubtedly became the most powerful Jedi to ever live as well. The fact that because he lost most of his limbs and was forced into the suit limited his power, and yet he was STILL one of the most powerful Sith to ever live proves that this would be true. If he hadn't been disfigured and forced into the suit, he would've EASILY been the most powerful force user to ever exist.
Not so! Even though his injuries nerfed his powers quite a lot, he would still have been destined to be the father of the most powerful force user to exist.
Both the Sith and the Jedi were wrong in their belief that Anakin was the chosen one. Luke was the chosen one and his power and force abilities were far above Yoda and Palpatine!

I mean Anakin didn't pick the Vader suit Sidious did and intentionally chose a suit that hampered Anakins abilities to prevent Anakin for over throwing Sidious, so his lost limbs and a suit that is literally designed to fatigue Anakin and exert excessive engery to use, yeah he would have been by a large margin the most powerful force user ever, Lucas has insinuated that Anakin midichlorian count could be as high as 40,000 and that Anakins count could potentially be double that of Sidious though he has never out right confirmed these two things. but either way there is simply no valid argument against Anakin being the most powerful Jedi/Sith/force user all off them if he wasn't neutered due to injury and Sidious' self interest.
His suit never hindered his abilities he was the greatest force user of his time as sith lord but it was his saber skilss that put him on the map

In fact his suit helped him in many ways, however, the body mass he lost had a profound impact on his ability to use the force.
The midichlorians live in your body and it's been stated many times that losing body mass means the midichlorians that lived there would no longer exist.
So if you lose 20% of your body mass, you lose 20% of the ability you had to use the force.
Don't know how much Anakin lost on Mustafar, but it was enough to take him from being potentially stronger than Siddious, to never being able to be more powerful than Siddious.

Yes, longer videos would be great. I always liked your channel, but the videos are often too short for me to put on sometimes. I like to listen to your videos while I drive, but when the video only lasts 6 to 12 minutes it can be tedious because I'm going to have to switch to a different video part way through my drive.

Probably mentioned below...I looked, didnt see it, so here we go! About Essence Transfer: Bane attempted to take over Zhana during their final fight, but failed...He was only able to take her over enough to temporarily pass on his hand twitch at the end of Dynasty of Evil. Tenebrous was able to piggyback some of his essence to Plagueis with plans to transfer to a clone or his other backup apprentice, but Plagueis was killed before Tenebrous was successful, That happens in Darth Pagueis and i can't remember if it is also mentioned a little in Maul Lockdown.

Sith lords are the most fascinating characters concept ever created, each one of them have their unique identity.
I love the way the ideology of the Sith evolves over time, especially how much the Sith 'ideology' would change so much over the years, but the core values were always the same: remain hidden, acquire power, pass it on until we conquer the galaxy.
Darth Nihilus didn't kill the midi-chlorian in Darth Traya. How do I know? Traya used her multiple saber technique at the end of KOTOR 2.

I think people don't really realize how powerful Nihilus was ... to make it simple for anyone who knows the X -men universe, he was basically Profesor X ( while inside Cerebro ) and Jean Grey ( Dark Phoenix ) combined ...
He wasn't that powerful just because he is featured more than other sith lord in kotor 2 doesn't mean he was more powerful than some of the ancient sith lords who could also destroy plants even stars which are bigger. In kotor 2 nihiluis himself was Astonish of the raw dark power that the tom of freedon nadd was emitting and that was just the remains of a sith spirit that exar kun easily obliterated as just a jedi knight them absorbed both freedon nadd and naga sadow acknowledge power and skills, sith such as marka ragnos tulak hord freedon nadd naga sadow, murr tenebrae exar kun and revan would beat nihiluis

1. Profesor X inside cerebro can detect all other mutants on planet earth. Nihilus could detect life forms from other galaxies... so he was Profesor X x100
2. Nihilus could drain and absorb an entire planet of life ( he was basically a black hole ) ...so he was also Dark Pheonix.
3. Naga Sadow had great knowledge of Sith alchemy (which is a type of sith magic ) but was not that powerful in the force itself.
4. Revan was not even at 30% in terms of raw power/force knowledge compared to Nihilus. And Revan was easily defeated and brainwashed by Vitiate who was not a wound in the force like Nihilus.
On top of that Nihilus had red lightning which was known to disintegrate any living organism and burn holes throw steel ( since he's one-hand lightsaber fighting style similar to Count Dooku ). When you are a wound in the force it means you are literally one with the force itself, you can´t get more powerful than that !! ...so I don´t understand how you got to the conclusion that any of those you mentioned could beat Nihilus ...
So nilus was basically galactus

You telling me a kid that built a droid couldn’t figure out how to upgrade his suit. Let’s be real , Anakin was failure and Vader was his mask.
I've played KOTOR2 many times; most of the abilities you suggest for Darth Nilus are never mentioned in the game. He had the ability to draw life/Force energy from others and what he did to Kreia was just a limited form of that really. In some ways his contemporary; Darth Sion was more frightening as even though his body was essentially dead his spirit kept it alive even after several deaths. Nilus would have died eventually from his own hunger eating him; but Sion would have survived and did in fact outlive him, if only briefly.
He ate visa world just because it had force sensitive he basically went around eating all planets and jedi or any force sensitive, he was pretty scary and would likely whipe all jedi away and eat the sith honestly he was likely a cause to the death of the force as well , tho yes sion was also crazy lol really that whole tribunal was nuts
@@ryanolionheart1325 He ate Katarn because of the innately Force-Sensitive Miraluka - AND because a huge portion of the remaining Jedi Order was there in the hopes of using the Miraluka to figure out why Force Users were dying all over the galaxy. He got almost nothing from worlds without Force-Wielders, this is why Kreia tricked him into believing Jedi were meeting at Telos because there were no Force-Wielders there and he'd weaken himself severely in the attack only to gain nothing. She used his insatiable hunger to starve him by drawing him to a place with no "food".
