Russell seems a nice bloke to go walking with and there is definitely a hint of Portillo about him. My thirst quencher is usually a pint of cider shandy or just an orange juice and lemonade with ice, both give me a bit of an energy boost and the cider numbs any aches and pains. Was wondering whether you could sell CDWC embroidered patches, similar to the ones on the beanie hats? Stay cool

It is a brilliant book, the writing is excellent and its full of old black and white photos of people going on the walks.

Were you tempted to stoop to pick a buttercup near the ruins of the abbey? Decent double act by the way, even if it was a bit infomercially. I like cold elderflower cordial for maximum refreshment!

The older i get the more I like Elderflower. When I tried it when I was about ten I thought it was disgusting.
