پہلے ہی ریاست نے اسال ان فتنوں کو موقع دے کر غلطی کی ہے افسوس ان سب عمرانی فتنوں کو پہلے ہی ختم کر دینا چاہیے تھا میڈیا تو ویسے ہی پاکستان کو برا کہتا ہے اس میڈیا کو بھی ریاست کے مطابق چلنا چاہیے

میرے خیال میں پارلیمنٹرین کو بالکل بھی پیچھے نہیں ہٹنا چاہیے اور عدلیہ کو سخت جواب دینا چاہیے تاکہ ائندہ کوئی بھی جج ائین پاکستان کو مسخ کرنے کی کوشش نہ کرے.
حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اس ملک کی سپریم کورٹ اور ہائی کورٹس میں بیٹھے جج جب ماورائے آئین فیصلے دیتے ہیں تو مارشل لاء کی راہ ہموار کرتے ہیں اور اس کا نقصان پاکستان اور اس کے عوام کا ہوتا ہے۔
The petitioner was Sunni Ittehad Council who approached EC & they turned it down then they approached Peshawar High Court & their decision was 5-0 turned down then the Imrandu judges were approached & they had the audacity to rewrite the Constitution saying popular party should be given, now from where did PTI enter the petition & became popular party ? They did not approach any one & they were granted favour, why ? These shameless Imrandu judges of Supreme Court have lost their credibility, trust & have become a disgrace for Pakistan 's judiciary which is already at the lowest level.
@iconoclast_7cu you are confusing yourself, 39 members who gave their affidavits stating that they were affiliated with PTI were accepted by the SC as PTI MNA's and hence the reserved seats according to this number were adjudged to be given to them, rest of 41 members were independent and did not qualify for any reserved seats,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but imrandoo judges were poised to rewrite the constitution.
